Our team of experienced professionals bring a breadth of experience to any Cyan People experience.

Robyn Viljoen
Robyn is a director of two technology companies, a directory listing company and learning simulation and the owner of a software as a service (SAAS) offering. With over 26 years experience in HR and Learning and Development and accredited at Master facilitator for well-known leadership programmes. She is passionate about evolving L&D to meet business needs through a blend of people and technology. Robyn has delivered learning experiences to some of New Zealand’s leading brands. Her impressive list of clients include Air New Zealand, Coca Cola Amatil, Mercedes Benz, Foodstuffs, Mitre 10, Fletcher Building, Rakon Engineering, BECA, Vodafone, ASB and NZ Ski to name a few.
Her social nature and passion for people leads to a busy family life raising a teenager but she finds balance in running, going gym and reading.

Raoul Viljoen
Raoul is an Electrical Engineer and has an MBA specialising in entrepreneurship. He has more than 25 years of broad engineering and IT experience in the manufacturing and utilities sectors. His career has taken an interesting pathway of commissioning, design, project management and planning of automation solutions in large industrial plants. A period in the brewing industry gave him an introduction to supply chain and retail which now stands him in good stead in the niche space of business simulations.
Raoul is an entrepreneur and business owner of 3 businesses, notably in this context a retail business simulation, where he developed the system infrastructure and now carries that forward to Cyan People. Some of Raoul’s important customers are Spark NZ, Foodstuffs, Mitre 10, Watercare, Downer NZ, Goodman Fielder, Fonterra, Farmsource, Nestle Purina, Mars, Unilever, Diageo and BAT.
Raoul has a keen passion for people development and combines these business, IT and engineering skills with a love for sport, fishing and community service.

Darren Moffat
Darren has a B.Com Industrial Psychology/Business Management degree and has spent the last 15 yrs in the FMCG sector. He has had a successful career to date working for major corporates including SABMiller, Heineken/Diageo, Kellogg’s and Fonterra and has received various accolades along the way displaying an impressive track record. Darren has held senior executive positions during his career, most notably Kellogg's Sales Director Sub Sahara Africa and Fonterra Sales Director Out Of Home.
Darren is currently a director of 2 entrepreneurial businesses and has a passion for working with emerging talent and growing future leaders. He has a great blend of operational and training experience which bodes well when working with emerging leaders in the modern era. His skills coupled with his love for fishing, cricket and sport provide a healthy balance both in and out of the work place.

Cleo Moffat
Cleo has spent over 17 years in FMCG working for organisations such as Anheuser-Busch InBev, Lodestone Brands, Mondelēz, Kraft Foods and SABMiller. She is a qualified Brewer by trade with a BSc in Microbiology and Diploma in Brewing. The first half of her career was spent in the manufacturing arena. After completing her MBA specialising in Project Management and Innovation Stage gate models and methodology, she spent the next half of her career focused more on the management and execution of multi-disciplinary projects which spanned the entire value chain. Cleo has extensive experience in Supply chain; project management, distribution, customer development and integrated business planning. Her passion lies in being able to assess the skills within an organisation, design and implement processes and set up ways of working that are considered best practice. She enjoys arranging the clutter of information in business and ordering it to identify patterns and to develop the best manner in which to go forward. She believes you cannot address the process and systems within an organisation in isolation, it is imperative to include the people element in order to be successful.
