Teams compete against each other in a  simulated business environment.  Focusing on the people in your business you are challenged to make decisions that impact your Profit and Loss Statement. Why Cyan People?

With experience in other industry simulations we saw an opportunity to apply this to leadership training.

Cyan People is a simulation designed to get you thinking about the people you hire and work with how they impact the performance of a business.

Teams pit their wits against each other in a facilitated environment. You are forced to make people leadership decisions and get to see the impact of these decisions on the Profit and Loss Statement.

Scenarios include Conflict, Goal Setting and Values, Disruption, Skills Development, Diversity, Reward and Recognition, Integrity Based Ethics and Artificial intelligence and this is compounded by pressure, competition and ambiguity.

Cyan People is designed for individuals who manage groups, have a basic understanding of management practices and would like to test the practical application of these skills. This simulation is interactive, real time and showcases a great use of technology in a training room environment.
