After experiencing Cyan People’s leadership simulation, we introduced it to one of our clients as we thought it would be a great fit as a consolidation of their leadership development programme. We (the client and Mantle) worked alongside the Cyan People team so that we could link context and learning to the simulation.

They fitted in seamlessly, listened and understood the client and pitched the module learnings appropriately. Even more, they were able to adapt to the clients needs in terms of providing a simulation for an upcoming real scenario. We ran two cohorts and the feedback was excellent. Robyn and her team have proven to be impactful collaborative partners and we look forward to working together more on future projects.
